GeForce RTX 5060 Ti, Gaming Benchmarks & Specs

Averages 84 FPS at 1440p over our 15-game suite, first-party measured · solid 60+ FPS 1440p gaming, with headroom in lighter titles

84 Avg FPS ✓ Measured

Every number below is first-party: we ran all 15 games on our own bench and publish the capture for each run. Across our 15-game suite at 1440p, GeForce RTX 5060 Ti averages 84 FPS. The ceiling is Counter-Strike 2 at 161 FPS; the floor is Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 at 37 FPS, a 4.4x spread that tells you how engine-dependent this class of card is. In practical terms that means solid 60+ FPS 1440p gaming, with headroom in lighter titles. Under load we logged a peak of 166W against the 180W rating.

Bench notes: from the person who ran it

Tarkov used 15.58GB of the 16GB, genuinely uses the VRAM it ships with. Monster Hunter Wilds was my roughest pacing result on it. These gaming numbers came off my own test bench: a Ryzen 7 7800X3D system, identical settings on every card, with a capture kept for every run. Everything here was double-checked before it went up.

The silicon

Transistors21,900 million
Die size181 mm²
Process node4 nm
Fabricated byTSMC
Transistor density121 million per mm²

Denser than 83% of the 76 cards we have silicon data for. Density is the clearest measure of what a process node bought: a card that gained it without growing the die got its speed from the fab rather than the architecture.
