Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 21, 2026

gpubattle.com is owned and operated by GIGA CHAD LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("GPU Battle", "we"), based in West Palm Beach, Florida, United States. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: no account is required to use this site, we never ask for your name or email, and the data we do collect is usage analytics and the advertising data described below.

1. Analytics we collect

To understand which pages and comparisons are useful, we collect first-party usage analytics: pages viewed, GPU comparisons opened, searches on the site, clicks on outbound store and rental links, device category (desktop/mobile/tablet), browser and operating system, screen resolution, preferred language, the external site that referred you (if any), and time spent with the page visible.

To count returning visitors without accounts, a randomly generated identifier is stored in your browser's local storage (keys: gpu_battle_client_id and gpu_battle_session). This identifier is random. It is not derived from and cannot be linked to your name, email or any real-world identity by us.

These events are forwarded to Google Analytics 4 for aggregate reporting. Google processes this data as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

2. Advertising (Google AdSense)

We use Google AdSense to display ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent message before any personalized advertising cookies are set, as required by law; ads served without consent are limited to non-personalized ads.

3. Cookies and local storage

GPU Battle itself sets no tracking cookies: our own identifiers live in local storage as described above, and you can delete them at any time by clearing your browser's site data for gpubattle.com. Third parties we use (Google Analytics, Google AdSense) may set cookies as described in sections 1 and 2.

4. Affiliate links

As an Amazon Associate and a member of the eBay Partner Network, GPU Battle earns from qualifying purchases made through links on this site. GPU rental links to RunPod are referral links, GPU Battle may earn credit at no extra cost to you. When you click these links, the destination site can tell the click came from GPU Battle; what happens on their site is governed by their own privacy policies. Affiliate relationships never influence our benchmark data, rankings or AI Scores.

5. Who we share data with

Analytics and advertising data is shared only with the processors named above (Google Analytics, Google AdSense). We do not sell your personal information, and we have no user database of names or emails to share in the first place.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Because our own identifiers are random and stored in your browser, the fastest "delete my data" action is clearing your browser's site data for gpubattle.com. For anything else, including questions about data held by our processors, email markosweissinger@aol.com and we'll help.

7. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with an updated date at the top.

9. Contact
