Terms of Use

Last updated: July 21, 2026

gpubattle.com is operated by GIGA CHAD LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("GPU Battle", "we"). By using this site you agree to these terms. They exist to keep expectations honest on both sides. Read them, they're short.

1. What this site provides

GPU Battle publishes graphics card benchmark data, rankings, comparisons and buyer's guides for informational purposes. It is reference material to help you research hardware. It is not professional, financial or purchasing advice.

2. Accuracy and warranties

We work hard to keep the data accurate: measured results come from our own benchmark runs, estimates are labeled as estimates, and reported errors get fixed. Even so, benchmark results vary with drivers, software versions, thermals and silicon lottery, and prices change daily. The site and its data are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Verify critical details with the manufacturer or retailer before spending money.

3. Intellectual property

The benchmark data, articles, scores and design of this site belong to GPU Battle. You're welcome to cite our data and link to our pages with attribution. Product names, logos and trademarks (NVIDIA, GeForce, AMD, Radeon, Intel, Arc and others) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. GPU Battle is not affiliated with or endorsed by any hardware manufacturer.

4. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure. Automated access for indexing and research is welcome within the bounds of our robots.txt.

5. Affiliate links and advertising

The site contains affiliate links (Amazon Associates, eBay Partner Network, RunPod referrals) and display advertising. As an Amazon Associate and eBay Partner, GPU Battle earns from qualifying purchases. These relationships never influence benchmark data or rankings. Details are in the privacy policy.

6. Third-party sites

Links to third-party sites (stores, rental platforms, manufacturers) are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, prices or policies.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPU Battle is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its data, including purchasing decisions made based on benchmark results.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Contact
